Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Personal Development Consultation To ensure a structured and intentional experience, all personal development consultations at Affirm Wellness are scheduled in advance and follow the policy outlined below. Scheduling Appointments All consultations must be booked through our designated scheduling system. Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. Session Structure Personal development consultations are offered as a structured engagement designed to support clarity, goal setting, and personal growth. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions consistently for the best results. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. Punctuality Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect all clients’ appointments. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged the full session fee. Commitment to Growth This process is designed to support intentional progress. Consistency, participation, and engagement between sessions are encouraged for optimal outcomes.
