About the event
Purpose: Provide a reflective, educational space to explore rest, burnout, and sustainable wellness through a clinical, trauma-informed lens.
Audience: Adults experiencing overwhelm, burnout, or chronic fatigue; helpers and high-functioning professionals.
Format: 4 weekly virtual meetings on Thursday | 60 minutes | 10–25 participants (1 in-person meeting discussed with the group)
